Artwork & Copyright

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All artwork sold by Bonne Marie Creative remains the intellectual property of the artist and is protected by copyright. When you purchase a print, you acquire the physical item only.

You may display, gift, or resell the individual physical print you have purchased. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, digitise, or create derivative works from the artwork in any form, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without prior written permission from the artist.

Limitation of Liability

Bonne Marie Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your purchase, including but not limited to loss of profit or business opportunity.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and colours are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product due to differences in screens, settings and printing processes.

Our prints are produced to order by professional third-party print and fulfilment partners.

Prices

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Delivery charges are calculated and added at checkout.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

Your order is accepted, and the contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before this point.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the product or price, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled order.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. We may update, change or discontinue products, designs, sizes or specifications from time to time.

Please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for information about production, delivery, pre-fulfilment cancellation requests, returns, refunds, and any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our artwork, images, designs or other website content without our written permission.

Our liability to you

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen at the time the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We only supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Subject to the paragraphs above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
